Monique A. Powell, M.P.A., M.B.A.
Founder & Principal Consultant, The Business Garden
Monique is a visionary community leader, nonprofit strategist, and educator with over 15 years of experience across nonprofit management, education, and community development.
She has dedicated her career to helping organizations grow from the ground up — from early learning centers and community schools to 501(c)(3) startups and grant-funded initiatives.
Through her own journey founding multiple community-based organizations, including To Bring More, Inc. and The CLOUD Center, Monique learned first-hand what it takes to move from passion to funding.
Today, she uses that experience to coach, consult, and equip mission-driven leaders with the tools, systems, and confidence to build funding-ready nonprofits.
